Responsibilities :
1. Software/Website/Database development.

Requirements:

2. Required skill(s): PHP, MYSQL, HTML, CSS and Javascript

Role: IT Support


Responsibilities :
1. To troubleshoot computers, notebooks & peripherals
2. Maintenance & repairing computers, notebooks & peripherals.
3. Fundamental knowledge on IT hardware, servers and network.
4. Fundamental knowledge in Windows & Office platform, with Mac as an added advantage.
5. To provide full support to in-house and end users by solving computers, printers and networking problems
6. Basic skill in handling customers.



Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Able to speak English and Mandarin would have an added advantage
3. Possess own transport, willing to learn and self-motivated.

Role: Admin Support


Responsibilities :
1. Responsible in ensuring incoming calls are answered courteously and promptly.
2. Handle customer's enquiry via telephone/web, resolve customer service issues, promote new and existing products, work with team members to achieve target and maintain high level of customer service.
3. Responsible in general office administration.



Requirements:
1. Computer literate and internet savvy will be an added advantage.
2. Proficient in English and Chinese (Both written and verbal).
